Peggy’s Pepper Sauce Chicken


  • 4 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 4 Baking Potatoes
  • 4 Ears of Corn with husks on and silk removed (Just pull down the husks, take out the silk and wrap up the corn again.)
  • 1 Package of Bleu Cheese Crumbles
  • 2 Cups Peggy’s Wing Sauce (Hot, Medium or Mild)


  • To speed up the cooking time you may precook your potatoes in the microwave for 5-8 minutes. Preheat your outdoor grill. Place your corn in the husks on the grill so that the steam will cook them. Place chicken on the grill and baste your chicken with additional sauce turn and baste each side cook chicken until it is thoroughly cooked, approximately 10 minutes.
  • Spoon some sauce on your plate and place the chicken on top, add blue cheese crumbles to your chicken. Serve with your corn and potatoes for a quick, easy & delicious dinner.
