Peggy’s Kickin Mac & Cheese


  • 1 Cup of Peggy’s Wing Sauce, flavor to taste
  • 1 ½ Cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 ½ Cups American Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter or Margarine
  • 2 Tablespoons of Flour
  • 1 ¼ Cup Milk
  • Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Dash of Pepper
  • 1 lb. Box of Elbow Macaroni


  • While preparing your sauce, boil 1 box of your favorite shaped pasta. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
    In a saucepan melt butter and add flour, salt & pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir frequently until thickened and bubbly. Lower heat and add 1 ½ cups each of American cheese and Mozzarella until melted, stir frequently. Add Peggy’s Wing Sauce to taste.
    Drain your pasta and pour it into a baking dish. Pour in sauce and mix it well. Top with breadcrumbs and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly at 350 degrees.
