Peggy’s Deviled Eggs


  • 6 Large eggs
  • 2 TBSP minced onion
  • 2 TBSP mayonnaise
  • 2 TBSP Peggy’s Wing Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions or paprika for garnish


  • Place eggs in pot and cover with cold water. Bring to boil and continue boiling for 12 minutes. Remove from heat, drain and rinse in cold water. Peel eggs, cut in half and remove yolk to mixing bowl. Add minced onion, mayonnaise and Peggy’s wing sauce. Add salt & pepper to taste. Place filling back in eggs. Garnish as desired with green onions or paprika.
