- 1 lbs Fresh Ground Turkey
- 1/2 Cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 1 Cup Peggy’s Wing Sauce – Flavor to Taste
- 1 Cup plain bread crumbs
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients together. Separate your meat into four patties. Grill your patties until thoroughly cooked. Top with additional sauce to taste.
Note: You may substitute hamburger or ground chicken for the turkey.
