Peggy’s Buffalo Turkey Burgers


  • 1 lbs Fresh Ground Turkey
  • 1/2 Cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 Cup Peggy’s Wing Sauce – Flavor to Taste
  • 1 Cup plain bread crumbs
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  • Mix all ingredients together. Separate your meat into four patties. Grill your patties until thoroughly cooked. Top with additional sauce to taste.

    Note: You may substitute hamburger or ground chicken for the turkey.
