Peggy’s Buffalo Beer Dip


  • 1/4 Cup Beer
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Tsp. Paprika
  • 2 oz Peggy’s Wing Sauce (Hot)…or to taste
  • 1 Cup Mexican Cheese
  • 1 Small Can of Olives


  • Melt cheese in saucepan over low heat. Stir in Peggy’s Wing Sauce, paprika, beer, and olives. Heat until warm and serve with tortilla chips or bread.
