Kathleen’s Sweet Heat Bacon


  • 1lb package of bacon
  • 1 cup of Peggy’s Wing Sauce – Sweet Heat


  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  • Precook the bacon until just done, not crispy. Approximately 10-15 minutes.
  • Pat the bacon dry so that there is no bacon grease. Brush the bacon slices with Peggy’s Wing Sauce, Sweet Heat.
  • Put it back in the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
  • Enjoy this bacon on its’ own or serve it on a BLT, Bacon Burger, or as a salad topping.
