- 1lb package of bacon
- 1 cup of Peggy’s Wing Sauce – Sweet Heat
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Precook the bacon until just done, not crispy. Approximately 10-15 minutes.
- Pat the bacon dry so that there is no bacon grease. Brush the bacon slices with Peggy’s Wing Sauce, Sweet Heat.
- Put it back in the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
- Enjoy this bacon on its’ own or serve it on a BLT, Bacon Burger, or as a salad topping.
