Kathleen’s Buffalo Chicken Sliders


  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 Bottle of bottle of Peggy’s Wing Sauce – Hot, Medium or Mild
  • 1 Package of bagged coleslaw
  • 1 Package of your favorite dinner rolls. I like the Sweet Hawaiian ones.
  • Optional topping: Buttermilk Ranch,Blue Cheese Dressing or Cheddar Cheese.


  • Place Chicken breasts in a slow cooker for 4-6 hours and pour ¾ of your Peggy’s Wing Sauce in and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
    Once the chicken is cooked shred the chicken with 2 forks, add the remaining sauce to the chicken for a richer buffalo flavor. Pile the meat onto your buns and top with the coleslaw mix and one of the optional toppings.
