- 1 Pound of Chicken Breast Tenders
- ¼ Cup Peggy’s Wing Sauce – Hot, Medium or Mild
- ¼ Cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
- ½ Cup Baby Spinach
- 4 Ciabatta Rolls
- 8 Tablespoons Buffalo Ranch – (3 Tbs of Peggy’s Wing Sauce & 5 tbs. of Buttermilk Ranch dressing)
- Optional: Top with diced celery and carrots. Serve with a side of coleslaw
- Cook chicken, grill or broil the chicken until it is cooked through.
- Preheat closed contact grill or panini maker 5 minutes.
- Spread Buffalo Ranch on the inside of your rolls
Assemble sandwich layering chicken blue cheese crumbles (optional carrots and celery) and spinach.
